Verification checks of UniSQ graduates

My eQuals, in partnership with RapidID, offers a fast and secure way for employers, organisations, and accrediting bodies to verify UniSQ graduates’ qualifications quickly and confidently.

To complete a verification request, you’ll need:

  1. Reason for the request (e.g., employment, professional accreditation)
  2. Full graduate name
  3. Date of birth
  4. Academic program details
  5. Your organisation and contact information.

Access the My eQuals verification service to submit your request.

Once submitted, verification details are provided instantly. Graduates can also share certified digital documents directly via My eQuals using a secure link and optional PIN.

For graduates prior to 1992

UniSQ can provide a verification letter (fees apply). Contact Graduations@unisq.edu.au for assistance.

Please note: The University of Southern Queensland does not have the power to investigate allegations of false claims of qualifications made in the wider community. In many situations, the most appropriate body to investigate is the body that has received the claim, or the professional regulator. Allegations of serious fraud should be reported to the Queensland Police Service who'll investigate the matter and may approach UniSQ for relevant information.
