Awards and Class of Honours

UniSQ celebrates academic excellence through medals, awards, and honours classifications, which are assessed after graduation and awarded to eligible students based on specific academic criteria.

UniSQ recognises outstanding academic achievement through the presentation of academic medals and awards to graduating Students who meet specific criteria.

Eligibility for University Medals and Awards with distinction are assessed in the weeks following your congratulations email, and if you’re deemed eligible, you'll be contacted by the UniSQ Completions team.

If you're graduating from a bachelor honours program, you will be assigned a Class of Honours with your degree. The Class of Honours is calculated by your Grade Point Average (GPA), and is dependent on the relevant honours model, defined in the Class of Honours Schedule.

Requests may incur an administrative fee - find out how to make payment. Forms should be returned to graduations@unisq.edu.au.

Use this form to request a letter, confirming the basic details of your completed academic program.

Note: You may find the Third Party Verification of UniSQ graduates service is a preferred method for third parties (recruiters, employers, professional bodies etc.) to confirm you are a UniSQ graduate.

Use this form if you’re submitting original (not copies of) print official graduation documents for authentication by UniSQ officials.

Replacement Testamur Request (PDF)

Use this form to request a:

  • replacement print testamur
  • digital testamur, if you completed your academic program between (and including) Semester 2, 1991 to Semester 1, 2017.

Use this form if you’re a past graduate and can’t make an online Name Change Request via your Student Centre.
