Academic Plan
The USQ Academic Plan 2019-2022 (available on the USQ Intranet) provides a clear framework to strengthen quality and excellence in USQ’s program portfolio; learning and teaching; and the student experience.
Student Success and Retention Strategy
The Student Success and Retention Strategy 2019-2021 sits within the wider context of USQ’s overarching Education Goal and is directly aligned with the strategic objective of leadership and innovation in the quality of the student experience.
International Strategy
The USQ International Strategy 2020-2024 seeks to help align all our expectations and ambitions for internationalisation and to chart a path to measured growth in international students, far greater student and staff mobility, and the continued development of our already significant international research collaborations and partnerships.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples Strategy
Education
The University’s first Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Education Strategy provides a framework which the University will use to continue to improve the engagement, participation and success in higher education of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Research
The USQ Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Research Strategy outlines the aspirational research goals to support the USQ Reconciliation Action Plan.
Workforce
USQ’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples Workforce Strategy 2018-2020 provides a framework for a University wide approach to increasing the employment and participation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples at all levels, across all organisational areas of the University.
Diversity and Inclusion Strategy
The premise of the Employee Diversity and Inclusion Strategy 2018-2020 is that all USQ employees are responsible for creating an incusive environment. The strategy focuses on a framework of 'Leadership, Infrastructure and Connectivity' to create an inclusion enabling culture.
Reconciliation Action Plan
The Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) is one component of USQ’s effort towards reconciliation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples.
