There are different processes to apply for access depending on what type of information you require.
Student files
To apply for access to your own student file please email the Information Lawyer at rti-privacy@unisq.edu.au.
Academic promotion
To apply for access to documents containing your personal information please email the Senior Advisor (Academic Development) or the Information Lawyer at rti-privacy@unisq.edu.au.
If you are seeking your referee reports, which may contain information that may be of concern to the third party (referee), the University must obtain the views of the referee before making a decision. This must be done by way of a formal consultation. Alternatively, you may prefer to contact the referees you nominated directly to ascertain their views.
Academic transcripts
Students can request their academic transcripts online via UConnect.
Employee files
To apply for access to your own employee file or if you are a supervisor who needs access to an employee's file, please email the Information Lawyer at rti-privacy@unisq.edu.au.
e-Recruitment records
To apply for access to your own recruitment records please email the Information Lawyer at rti-privacy@unisq.edu.au.
