Academic transcripts
Your academic transcript is a record of your studies at UniSQ. It includes details of your programs, courses, grades, exemptions, and graduation status. Depending on your needs, you may require either an unofficial or official version.
Unofficial transcripts
An unofficial transcript is available for download from your Student Centre and is useful for informal or internal purposes. You might use it when:
- Reviewing your academic progress
- Planning future enrolment
- Applying for scholarships or jobs that don’t require formal documentation
- Sharing with UniSQ staff for academic advice or support.
Official transcripts
An official transcript is a certified document issued by UniSQ, available in digital format via My eQuals.
When you graduate, you'll automatically receive digital access to your official academic transcript, AHEGS, and testamur. Learn more about graduation documents and timelines.
You’ll need an official transcript when:
- Applying to another university or for credit transfer
- Seeking professional registration or accreditation
- Submitting formal documentation to employers or government agencies
- Applying for visas or other legal processes.
If you need an official academic transcript before you graduate, you can purchase a digital version. It will be uploaded to My eQuals, and you'll receive an email to your UMail with instructions on how to access it.
