Airport pick-up

This complimentary UniSQ service is provided through our trusted partner, Union Institute of Language (UIL).

Please note: the Arrivals Team requires a minimum of seven (7) business days to make the necessary logistical arrangements for airport transfers. To ensure assistance can be provided, bookings must be submitted via the online request form at least seven (7) business days prior to your arrival in Australia.

Once submitted, the Arrivals Team will review your request and should issue a confirmation within two business days. Please do not follow up on your booking prior to this time.

If your arrival is within seven (7) business days, please still complete the online request form and contact the Arrivals Team directly on +61 7 3470 0011 to discuss whether support may be available. While the team will endeavour to assist where possible, airport transfer availability cannot be guaranteed for requests submitted less than seven business days prior to arrival.
