Join this hands-on workshop delivering practical application of RStudio, facilitated by Dr Hamid Shobeiri Nejad, Lecturer (Statistics).

This will be a practical session with a data set supplied to develop your skills using a realist case study.

  • Check Normality
  • Check Variance Homogeneity
  • Post-hoc Comparison Methods Factorial ANOVA 2-way and 3-way
  • Blocking
  • ANCOVA
  • Mixed Model
  • Regression
  • AMMI Mode
  • Running and plotting in R.

It is helpful, but not mandatory if you have previously completed the Introduction to Programming: R for Reproducible Scientific Analysis | QCIF training prior to attending this session.

Please bring along your refreshments, charger, and laptop with RStudio pre-installed to practice the above techniques.
