This free Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course provides practical, evidence-based skills to recognise when someone may be struggling and how to provide initial support until professional help is available.

✅ 5-hour face-to-face workshop taking place from 9.30am-3.30pm on 13 October at Springfield Campus (complete second)
Completion of both the eLearning and workshop is required to get MHFA accreditation.
