You've written your submissions. Now it's time to deliver them.
This session is the fourth in the USQLS Advocacy Workshop Series 2026, and it's where the real work begins. Each participant will deliver a short oral submission on the Morgan v The Crown problem, covering two core arguments for their chosen side. We recommend aiming for approximately 600-800 words. Katie and Cassandra will be on the bench.
This is a low-pressure environment and everyone will be nervous! You are not being assessed and you will not be thrown to the wolves. What you will get is the experience of actually standing up and advocating, and real feedback on what is working and what to develop before competition season.
If you don't chance to write a full script, come anyway. Showing up is the most important thing you can do at this stage of the series.
Missed other sessions? That's fine! We can send you the links to catch up if you'd like to. You can probably have a crack at this week's workshop even without watching them though because we have example scripts for participants to use as a base. Materials will be emailed to you after you register for the workshop.
All sessions are delivered via Zoom, so you can join from wherever you are. Sessions will also be recorded for registered participants.
Hope to see you there!
