If you're unsure about your rights or responsibilities, we can help. And if we don’t have the answer, we’ll connect you with someone who does. Some common issues students might face include:

• problems with rental agreements or landlords
• traffic fines or licence issues
• relationship violence or abuse
• being accused of a crime
• discrimination or unfair treatment
• trouble with debt collectors or consumer complaints.

Justice of the Peace (JP) services

A Justice of the Peace (JP) is available every Wednesday from 12:00pm to 2:00pm to help with certifying copies or witnessing documents. No need to book an appointment; however please ensure you bring proof of identification and a pen with you.
