Student Ombudsperson
The Student Ombudsperson is an independent support person who helps make sure you're treated fairly if you’re dealing with a complaint or issue at UniSQ.
The Student Ombudsperson:
- Ensures UniSQ follows the right policies and procedures and treats everyone fairly.
- Are not on anyone’s 'side' - they’re here to make sure the process is fair and transparent.
Before making a formal complaint, students are encouraged to try resolving the issue informally with the relevant area.
