What degree can I apply for after IHEPP?
After successfully completing the Indigenous Higher Education Pathways Program (IHEPP), you will be eligible to apply for the following undergraduate degrees.
Some degrees may have assumed or recommended knowledge as entry requirements. Please check the entry requirements details for your preferred degree and if you wish to increase your knowledge in a subject area before commencing a degree, you can choose to study additional bridging courses in UniSQ Ready.

In UniSQ Ready, students may need to complete pre-requisite mathematics study before enrolling into a mathematics course, subject to placement testing (Mathematics Literacy Level Test). Mathematics courses with a TPP code are normally completed in the following order: TPP0180 Introductory Mathematics, TPP0181 Elementary Mathematics, TPP0182 General Mathematics, TPP0183 Mathematical Methods. Students should refer to the required mathematics course for their degree to determine the required pre-requisites.

If you have not completed this subject, or equivalent, in your previous studies you can study a bridging course in UniSQ Ready. Once you complete IHEPP, you can apply to UniSQ Ready to complete the mathematics subject pre-requisite of TPP0182 General Mathematics.

In addition to completing the two core courses of IHEPP, students wanting to apply for this degree must also meet the Queensland Year 12 science subject pre-requisite of one of the following subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Psychology (Units 3 & 4, C). If you have not completed one of these subjects, or equivalent, in your previous studies you can study a bridging course within UniSQ Ready.* Please note that this degree is quota managed which means that meeting entry requirements does not guarantee admission. Places within the degree are limited and determined on the availability of placements.

In addition to completing the two core courses of IHEPP, students wanting to apply for this degree must also meet the subject Queensland Year 12 science subject pre-requisite of at least one QCAA Science subject. If you have not completed one of these subjects, or equivalent, in your previous studies you can study a bridging course within UniSQ Ready.
