Other institution exams

If you're studying at another university and need a place to sit a supervised exam, UniSQ has you covered. We offer exam supervision services right here at our Toowoomba Campus.

All exams take place at the UniSQ Toowoomba Campus, with access via West Street. There’s free parking available, and public transport options make getting here easy.

Availability and costs

Exam sessions are held Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, at 9.15 am and 1.15 pm.

Costs are outlined in the table below and cover supervision, venue hire, and administrative costs*.

If you’re paying, you’ll need to pay before your exam and bring your receipt with you. If your institution is paying, we’ll invoice them after the exam.

*Students who require additional special conditions for exams, i.e. extra time, rest breaks, own room, specialised equipment/furniture etc., please contact otheruni.exams@unisq.edu.au for a price.

Bookings

To make a booking or if you require further information, please email otheruni.exams@unisq.edu.au. Please include the following information:

1. Student details including a contact number
2. Institution
3. Date/time of the exam
4. Exam duration
5. Course code information
6. Mode of delivery (hard copy or online examination).

Cancellations and no-shows

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your exam booking, or don’t show up, you’ll still be charged the full fee.
