As a registered teacher, you’ll have the skills and experience to teach students in Prep – Year 6 classrooms in metropolitan, rural, remote and international schools.

You’ll also be able to teach in hospitals or international schools, or work in human services, community-based government organisations and recreation and tourism industries.

You can teach any year level from Kindergarten through to Year 6 with a primary education degree. However, some programs may focus on particular year levels. For example, you may choose to study a Bachelor of Education (Primary) with a focus on teaching Kindergarten or Early Childhood Education.
