Overview
- Gain an introduction to the key concepts, knowledge and skills that underpin the work of a secondary school teacher.
- Learn how to design supportive learning environments that promote positive behaviour and feel equipped to step into the classroom after experiencing theoretical and practical learning.
Love of learning
I have a love of learning and I like sharing that with people, so education felt like a logical place to head into. Once I stepped into the classroom environment, I felt confident of my choice to change careers. It is so satisfying to see a student who was struggling achieve their goals.
