Library Catalogue Display Issue

We are currently experiencing a display issue with the Library’s new Catalogue (Primo NDE).

What’s happening?

Some users may notice that:

  • The catalogue pages appear unstyled or incorrectly formatted
  • Text and layout may look misaligned or difficult to read
  • Certain buttons or features may not display as expected
  • Please see below for a screenshot for what the issue looks like

This is due to a technical issue with CSS rendering (the styling that controls the visual layout of the page).

Workarounds?

You can resolve or improve the display by forcing a browser refresh:

Windows computers

  1. Open the UniSQ Library Catalogue (Primo NDE page)
  2. Press CTRL + F5
  3. This will refresh the browser and enforce the correct UniSQ branding and layout

Mac computers

  1. Open the UniSQ Library Catalogue (Primo NDE page)
  2. Press CMD + SHIFT + R
  3. This will refresh the browser and enforce the correct UniSQ branding and layout

These steps may improve how the page displays, but may not fully resolve the issue, if they do not please refresh the browser again.

The screenshot below shows how the Library Catalogue should appear when accessed:

What are we doing?

Our team is working with the system provider to resolve this issue.
A system fix is scheduled to be deployed on 7 June 2026, which is expected to restore normal display behaviour.
