Disease Management
Don’t wait until disease is visible to take action. Remember, the absence of symptoms does not always mean the absence of disease. Accurate disease diagnosis starts with a quality plant sample. In contrast, poorly collected samples can arrive damaged or deteriorated, making diagnosis difficult. Submitting a completed diagnostic form with details such as symptoms, crop history and contact information helps pathologists provide the most accurate diagnosis.
Collect samples correctly and submit them with the completed diagnostic form to give yourself the best chance of a timely and reliable diagnosis, helping you make informed disease management decisions sooner. Watch the CottonInfo video on Collecting samples for disease testing and download the factsheet and diagnostic submission form below to get started.
