Refunds and fee reversals
If you’ve paid your fees upfront, you may be eligible for a refund if you:
- withdraw before the census date
- overpay your fees
- change your citizenship or residency
- been approved for a fee reversal as part of special circumstances (see below).
To request a refund, complete the relevant Request for Refund form. Please ensure that your student account is in credit and that you are eligible for a refund when submitting a form.
- Domestic Student Refund Request Form
- International Student Refund Request Form B - Prior to/or commencing study
- International Student Refund Request Form B - Current students holding a Student Visa
Refunds are usually processed within 10 University business days.
Reversal of fees due to special circumstances
You may apply to have your fees reversed if you withdraw after the census date of the course's study period due to special circumstances. Find out more on the Withdraw without penalty page.
