Minimum UniSQ GPA equivalent of 5.0 (excluding Law courses which have a higher GPA requirement).

Electives or courses approved by your School. 

Course restrictions

Not all courses are offered to exchange students. Students can register for any course or module for which they are suitably qualified, so long as that course or module is not full or unavailable to exchange students.

If you’re are a Study Abroad or an International Exchange Programme student, the University of Birmingham is able to guarantee your housing in one of the many “villages” across campus.

Insurance

Students will be required to obtain health insurance prior to going to the UK. Emergency healthcare is free at the point of access, however all other healthcare provisions will need to be paid for in advance. Insurance purchased should cover travel, health and personal belongings. If any insurance policy can be used, students may qualify to be covered under the UniSQ insurance policy. Please check with the Mobility Team at the time of acceptance to the exchange program.
