The conference is designed to help you build the resilience, confidence and skills needed to thrive as a leader in an ever-changing world. Through practical strategies and real-world insights, you'll explore how to navigate internal and external pressures while looking after your wellbeing.

Alongside a fantastic line-up of speakers, we're excited to welcome Jules Allen, award-winning social scientist and expert on anxiety and resilience, as our keynote speaker.
