This meeting will be the club's Annual General Meeting (AGM).
It is held between August 01 and October 31 in the year. This year's AGM will be held on August 26 in the Meeting 2 time slot.
The AGM is a club's annual gathering, where future leadership and focus can be determined.
The executive team will provide a review of the past year, reflecting upon membership, revenue, expenses and decisions mate. Members will be invited to decide on the direction of the club for the upcoming year.
The AGM is also where new executives are elected and members confirm their desire to continue affiliation with the UniSQ Student Guild.
USEC hosts two (2) general meetings each month:
- Meeting 1 is in the second week of the month. This meeting is held at 12:00pm and runs until 01:00pm.
- Meeting 2 is in the fourth week of the month. This meeting is held at 06:00pm and runs until 07:00pm.
Our meetings are generally held on Springfield Campus in F-block, room F202.
