The Counsellor Enrichment Collective (CEC) is a self-paced structured professional enrichment and mentoring program designed to support emerging and early career counsellors during the critical transition from university study to practice as a counsellor.
The CEC professional development program is delivered through six integrated modules that build professional identity, strengthen ethical and reflective practice, develop applied counselling skills, support work with students at risk, enhance systems navigation and advocacy, and promote sustainable practitioner wellbeing.
Grounded in relational ethics, trauma‑informed and neuro‑affirming practice, and a stepped‑care approach to risk management, this online professional development provides early career counsellors with practical frameworks for ethical decision-making, risk assessment, safety planning, consultation, and professional communication, particularly within school and youth service contexts.
