This year, the University will be offering our UniSQ students the opportunity to access the Influenza (flu) vaccination free of charge as part of our ongoing commitment to support our students' health and wellbeing.
All UniSQ students who can access a UniSQ campus during the scheduled clinic dates are eligible to receive the vaccination free of charge.

What is the annual flu vaccination?
The annual flu vaccination protects against the virus by building immunity and preventing transmission to other people. The flu vaccine is not a live vaccine and does not cause the flu. The flu vaccine is improved each year to ensure it offers protection from the most recent virus strains. You can find further information on seasonal flu on the Queensland Health website.
When can I get my flu vaccination?
Clinics will be provided at each UniSQ campus starting in March - please see further details below. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings outside the published times.Our UniSQ Student Wellbeing team has partnered with a private vaccination company, VaxWorks, who will deliver the vaccinations across all three UniSQ campuses. We encourage you to book early.The online booking service is provided as part of the arrangement with Vaxworks and complies with the University's Privacy Statement.
