Cliff Kaye

Cliff Kaye is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Vice-Chancellor's Executive.

Entrusted with delivering exceptional corporate performance across all facets of the University’s corporate services, operations and infrastructure, the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer is responsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation and operational excellence and provides strategic oversight and leadership across portfolios including finance, human resources, information technology, facilities, digital innovation, and campus services. In this pivotal role, the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer ensures the effective integration of systems, people, and resources—creating a foundation that enables academic and research excellence, student success, and sustainable organisational growth.

Background   

Cliff has over 25 years experience as a senior executive with a career as a senior finance and transformational leader within public, private, commercial, and values-based organisations, across educational and financial services sectors.

Cliff has a Bachelor of Commerce, a Certificate in the Theory of Accountancy, a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance (Macquarie University), and a Master of Business Administration (Australian Graduate School of Management).

Cliff is a Chartered Accountant (CAANZ), a Chartered Secretary (GIA), and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
