ABSTRACT: This research study will evaluate Australia's humanitarian settlement service programs through an intersectionality lens, using the Ezidi humanitarian migrant community as a case study. While Australia strives for equitable settlement outcomes for humanitarian migrants, persistent disparities in service delivery outcomes highlight critical gaps in policy and program design and implementation, particularly for smaller, culturally distinct cohorts. This research study will evaluate both intended and unintended program outcomes and begin discussion surrounding how intersectionality can inform settlement service program design and implementation.
