Poor mental health among children and adolescents is a pervasive concern in Australia; unfortunately, barriers hinder access to specialised treatment, leaving many young people without support. Self-Help Internet-delivered digital Cognitive Behavioural Therapy presents a solution to these barriers. However, there is a paucity of research on the real-world implementation of this approach in Australia. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of Momentum: a self-help, digital mental health intervention for children and adolescents. This evaluation will adopt an implementation-focused perspective centred on adoption, fidelity, barriers and facilitators to real-world usage, and scale-up strategies. This research will lend insight into the broader community utilisation of this digital intervention, which holds significant importance in establishing a viable and practical option for the community.
