Enrolling will be different depending on what type of program you are studying. Use our handbook navigation guide & enrolment planning templates to help you plan your studies, and choose your type of program below to follow the right steps to enrol in your studies.
From 2022, enrolment in courses and timetabled on campus classes will be separated. Enrolment will become a two-step process:
The changes will only apply to enrolment in on-campus courses, and external courses with a residential school.
Students who study online will not experience a change in their enrolment process.

1. The handbook and recommended enrolment pattern Your program will have a recommended enrolment pattern, which shows you the courses that you should be studying each semester. To view your recommended enrolment pattern, take a look at the UniSQ Handbook. If you’ve been given credit for previous work or study, you may need to work with your faculty program advisors to develop an individual enrolment plan. *Before enrolling, BEDU and BECH students who began their programs prior to 2018 should review their enrolment pattern by using the relevant program transition links in the My Initial Teacher Education (MyITE) site. |

2. My details checklist Log in to UConnect to access your Student Centre. You’ll need to complete the My Details Checklist, which will guide you through your requirements of enrolment at UniSQ. |

3. Commonwealth assistance form If applicable, you’ll need to complete your Commonwealth Assistance form. |

4. Course Enrolment Course enrolment is completed via your Student Centre within UConnect. Using your username and password, log into UConnect > Student Centre > Manage Enrolment > Class search and enrol. |

5. Class Registration You need to register for on-campus classes once registrations open prior to the start of each Teaching Period. Once you have enrolled in the course, you can register for on-campus classes by logging in to UConnect > Student Centre > Manage Enrolment > Class Registration. |

6. Your class schedule Once you’ve enrolled, view your class schedule and keep this handy throughout the semester. |

7. Managing your finances Next, you’ll need to manage your tuition and student amenities fee. |
Before you can enrol into your TPP classes you must complete some pre-enrolment activities, to help you plan your journey through TPP. Please keep an eye on your student UMail account which will step you through this process. You’ll also need to complete your My Details Checklist and Commonwealth Assistance Forms. If you have any questions you can email them to tpp.support@usq.edu.au.
Before the Indigenous Student Support and Success team can enrol you in your course/s you are required to complete some pre-enrolment activities to help you plan your journey through. Please keep an eye on your student UMail account which will step you through this process. If you have any questions or would like to connect with the team, please email ciser.support@usq.edu.au.
Our Student Relationship Officers will enrol you in your course and will let you know via email. Once you're enrolled, you’ll need to complete your My Details Checklist and Commonwealth Assistance Forms (where applicable). If you have any questions you can email them to usq.support@usq.edu.au.

HDR students are required to enrol in appropriate course(s) each semester, from date of admission through to the date you submit your thesis for examination. Enrolment for semester 1 and semester 2 is compulsory and must be completed by the key dates.
