Ensemble and connection is the cornerstone of theatre, with chorus and choric work dating back to ancient Greek times. This workshop is being run by Vin McRae, emerging facilitator, theatre maker and second year Theatre student. Vin has worked as assistant director for the 2024 IMPACT ensemble and works as a youth facilitator for Empire Theatre. They will run activities to build ensemble focus and connection. These skills are important for everyone as the ability to connect and employ teamwork is the backbone of many careers.
We'll be taking up the Arts Theatre for this workshop. We'll have people around in case you get lost. Come dressed ready to move around, bring along a water bottle, and be ready to jump in!
