UniSQ Ipswich’s Midwifery Simulation Centre provides students in the Bachelor of Midwifery (Graduate Entry) with state-of-the-art high-fidelity simulation equipment that replicate typical midwifery clinical scenarios, ranging from the birth of a baby to obstetric and neonatal emergencies. Students experience realistic simulated learning experiences for the development of their critical thinking and specialised skills in preparation for industry clinical placements – this ensures accurate acquisition of critical nursing, midwifery and paramedic skills within a safe and supportive environment.
