Surveying Honours Year Scholarship

Applicants must:

• be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or permanent humanitarian visa holder
• have graduated within the last 5 years with a Bachelor of Spatial Science Technology (Surveying)
• have commenced, or be commencing their honour's year (4th year) studies at UniSQ in the Bachelor of Spatial Science (Honours) (Surveying) in Study Period 1 or 2 2023 (e.g., Semester 1 or 2 2023)
• be enrolled full-time for the duration of the scholarship, as follows: 
  • minimum 3 study units in Study Period 2 2023 (e.g., Semester 2 2023); and
  • minimum 3 study units in Study Period 1 2024 (e.g., Trimester 1 2024)
• be enrolled on-campus, external or online.

Applicants commencing in Study Period 2 2023, are not required to have accepted/be enrolled at UniSQ at time of application.

Applicants must:

• submit a personal statement (500 words maximum) outlining:
  • what influenced and motivated you to return to studies and complete your honours year?
  • how you see yourself as a future professional within your field.
• provide evidence of academic achievement as directed in the application process:
  • final transcript of results for the Bachelor of Spatial Science Technology (Surveying).

Please Note: If an applicant holds other UniSQ awarded scholarships, this may be taken into consideration in selection. There are some scholarships that cannot be held together.

Application must be made via the UniSQ Scholarships Online Application Management System.
