Rise Scholarship

Applicants must:

• be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or permanent refugee and humanitarian visa holder (Subclass 200-219)
• be commencing their studies at UniSQ in a bachelor's degree program in Semester 1 2022
• not have previously completed tertiary study at a bachelor level or higher
• be enrolled in a minimum of 3 study units in Semester 1 2022
• be enrolled on-campus, external or online.

Applicants must:

• submit a personal statement (500 words maximum) outlining:
  • what influenced and motivated you to choose your intended study program at UniSQ
  • how you see yourself as a future professional within your field.
• provide evidence of financial hardship as directed in the application process.
• provide evidence of academic achievement as directed in the application process:
  • high school report card or post-secondary academic history (transcript of results) e.g. school, TAFE etc.

Please Note: If an applicant holds other UniSQ awarded scholarships, this may be taken into consideration in selection.

Application must be made via the UniSQ Scholarships Online Application Management System.
