Research Seminar - Cerebrovascular Function and Cognition in Metabolic Syndrome and Other Chronic Diseases

Presented by Edward Bliss, UniSQ
31 AUG 2022
12.30 PM - 1.30 PM

Dementia prevalence is expected to treble over the next 30 years and is only partly explained by global population ageing. Cerebrovascular function and cognition decline throughout ageing and are exacerbated by chronic diseases and lifestyle factors. This presentation will discuss interventions, such as supplementation and exercise, that could assist in improving brain health and quality of life.
