Ceremony Registration before Ceremony Fee Payment before Guest Ticket Bookings open until . You are allowed a maximum of 4 guests at this ceremony. If additional guest seats become available, all graduands will be advised of this at the same time by UMail in the week prior to the ceremony. Tickets will not available on ceremony day. |

| Registration & gowning for graduates |
Graduands must arrive by no later than 8.00am to the Empire Church Theatre. You must be seated at the Empire Theatre according to your Seating Card by 9.00am. You will not be seated with your guests during the ceremony. |

Your ceremony will be 1 hour and commence at 9.30am. |

| Light refreshments |
After the ceremony, light refreshments will be served in the marquee from 10.30am to 11.30pm. Other food vendors are available adjacent to the marquee if you wish to purchase a meal etc. Your graduation is a celebration, but please be aware that UniSQ ceremonies are alcohol-free. |
| Studio photography |
Silver Rose Photography will be available in the Armitage Centre - Heritage Bank Auditorium to take studio photographs of you and your guests before and after the ceremony. You will be able to purchase your stage photo immediately after the ceremony from their photo kiosk. |
| Gowning returns |
Your loaned academic gowning must be returned within 1 hour of the conclusion of the ceremony - no later than 11.30am. |
