Ceremony Registration before midnight Wed 15 April 2020 Ceremony Fee Payment before midnight Wed 15 April 2020 Guest Ticket Bookings open Tues 21 April 2020. You are allowed an unlimited number of guests over 18month of age at this ceremony. Tickets will not available on ceremony day! |
| On ceremony day |
On ceremony day If you are unable to attend, you must contact the Graduations Office to be removed from the ceremony - otherwise you risk losing your AUD165 Ceremony Fee payment. |
| Parking |
The hotel is located opposite KL Sentral Station. Onsite paid parking it available at the Hotel. Please allow time for road conditions, and public transport or parking delays. |

| Registration & gowning for graduates |
Graduands must arrive by no later than 9.00am to Sentral Ballroom A on Level 6. You must be seated at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur Hotel, Grand Ballroom, according to your Seating Card by 10.30am. You will not be seated with your guests during the ceremony. You will need a refundable cash deposit of MYR 300. |
| Registration & gowning for Doctoral graduates |
Doctoral graduands must arrive by no later than 9.00am to the Academic & VIP Gowning Room. You must be ready to assemble for the Academic Procession by 10.30am. You will be seated onstage for the duration of the ceremony. You will need a refundable cash deposit of MYR 300. |
| Ceremony duration |
Your ceremony will take 1 hour. |
| Guests |
Your guests will be able to enter the venue from 10.00am. All children over 18 months must have a ticket. Children are welcome at the ceremony but please make sure they are supervised, and stay seated and quiet during the ceremony. |
| Light refreshments |
After the ceremony, light refreshments will be served in Lake Garden Foyer. Your graduation is a celebration, but please be aware that UniSQ ceremonies are alcohol-free. |
| Studio photography |
Cornerstone Global (previously Love & Lace studio) will be providing photography at the ceremony. Flower & gift vendors will also be in attendance. |
| Gowning returns |
Your loaned academic gowning must be returned within 1 hour of the conclusion of the ceremony - no later than 1pm |
