| Registration & gowning for graduands |
Arrive by no later than 12pm to the Cunningham Room, Ipswich Civic Centre. Be seated at the Ipswich Civic Centre according to your Seating Card by 1.30pm. You will not be seated with your guests during the ceremony. |
| Registration & gowning for Doctoral graduands |
Arrive by no later than 12pm to the Academic & VIP Gowning Room, Ipswich Civic Centre. Assemble for the Academic Procession by 1.30pm. You will be seated onstage for the duration of the ceremony. |

| Guests |
Share event information with your guests. Guests will be able to enter the venue from 1.00pm. Ensure your guests have a digital or print copy of your Booking Confirmations (group ticket) including the QR code ready for scanning to enter. All children over 18 months must have a ticket. Children are welcome but please make sure they are supervised. Please leave prams in the pram parking area. |
| Light refreshments |
After the ceremony, light refreshments will be served on the terrace from 1pm to 1.30pm. Please be aware that UniSQ ceremonies are alcohol-free. |
| Studio photography |
Silver Rose Photography is available to take studio photographs. Your stage photo can be purchased immediately after the ceremony from their photo kiosk. |
| Gowning returns |
Your loaned academic gowning must be returned within 1 hour after the ceremony - no later than 3pm |
