The University of Southern Queensland's Career Mentoring program is designed to give registered participants from Years 10, 11 and 12, one-on-one career support by a qualified Career Educator/Advisor over four sessions during Terms 3 and 4.
Student Commitment
To attend 4 x 45 minute sessions across Terms 3 and 4. These sessions are delivered via Zoom (online) or over the phone.
You book your sessions for a time that best suits you.
Sessions Cover
- Discuss you and where you are right now with your career decisions
- The chance to hear about other students' journeys
- Career exploration and getting career information
- Decision making and creating an action plan
How to register
A Parent/Carer will first need to download a Registration/Consent Form (here) (111KB), and return the completed copy to careers@usq.edu.au.
On receiving the completed Registration/Consent Form the UniSQ Careers and Employability Team will create a profile for you (the student) on our appointment booking system. You will be provided the details to access this system and instructions on how to book your career mentoring sessions via email.
