VIA Summer School
Price varies between programs from DKK3700 – DKK11250.
Includes: Classes, tuition, social program, welcome and farewell events, goodie bag with a map of Aarhus, a water bottle and a pen, personalised graduation certificate.
Excludes: Accommodation, transportation (including flights), meals, insurance, visa and personal expenses. Accommodation is however secured for short-term program participants.
Costs may vary each year.
OS-HELP Loan
The OS-HELP loan provides financial assistance to Australian students wishing to study abroad while receiving credit towards their degree.

All funding is subject to eligibility and availability.
VIA Summer School assists international summer school students in finding places to stay for the duration of their course(s), if they apply before 1 April. There are no student residences, but VIA UC has made arrangements for a discounted price of DKK2000 per week, plus a mandatory one-time cleaning fee of DKK750 for a one-room apartment. The apartments are located about six kilometres from campus and is in a more industrial area. The light rail and buses to the city centre depart close to the apartment complex.
All students are encouraged to look for themselves in order to secure accommodation as soon as possible after admission.
To be eligible for a short-term study abroad or exchange program you must:
- Have completed at least one year of full-time academic study (i.e. completed at least eight courses)
- Have at least one course left to complete upon your return to UniSQ
- Be in good academic standing: a GPA of 4.5 or above
- Meet all requirements for the selected program
- Provide a copy of your official UniSQ academic transcript.
