Course Restrictions:
Nursing, counselling and education department courses as well as graduate level courses in psychology, communication sciences and disorders, communication studies, consumer, apparel, and retail studies are not available for exchange students.

Most exchange students in Greensboro choose to live on-campus due to its tremendous convenience, diversity of accommodation, and general value. Tower Village is the most popular housing choice among exchange students, as it is more of a European style of accommodation, including single rooms and a shared kitchen/bathroom. For more of an American experience, Philip-Hawkins is a popular choice.
Insurance:
Students are able to keep their own insurance, as long as it meets the US Department of State requirements (1. Benefit maximum must be no less than USD100,000 per accident or illness. 2. The plan deductible may not exceed USD500 per plan year. 3. Minimum of USD50,000 for medical evacuation. 4. Minimum of USD25,000 for repatriation.). If any insurance policy can be used, students may qualify to be covered under the UniSQ insurance policy. Please check with the Mobility Team at the time of acceptance to the exchange program.
