Course Restrictions:
Nursing, counselling and education department courses as well as graduate level courses in psychology, communication sciences and disorders, communication studies, consumer, apparel, and retail studies are not available for exchange students.
Course catalogue:
View the course catalogue on the UNCG website. Only a short description of each course is available. One UniSQ course is usually equivalent to three or four credits at UNCG, but this will be assessed by your UniSQ program coordinator.
Insurance:
Students are able to keep their own insurance, as long as it meets the US Department of State requirements (1. Benefit maximum must be no less than USD100,000 per accident or illness. 2. The plan deductible may not exceed USD500 per plan year. 3. Minimum of USD50,000 for medical evacuation. 4. Minimum of USD25,000 for repatriation.). If any insurance policy can be used, students may qualify to be covered under the UniSQ insurance policy. Please check with the Mobility Team at the time of acceptance to the exchange program.
