Academic Calendar Program FAQs

From 2023, the implementation of UniSQ's new Academic Calendar will commence.

You can expect to hear from us in the future regarding changes to your program for 2024/2025 via your student email (UMail).

Programs changing in 2024

Programs in the School of Creative Arts will not transition in 2024.

This means all core courses in your creative arts program and core courses in any creative arts program major will be offered in the semester calendar in 2024.

Many other disciplines areas, such as Business, Humanities & Communication, and Psychology & Wellbeing are moving to the new academic calendar in 2024 and will therefore offer courses in other calendar layers. For electives from other discipline areas, please check the course specifications in the UniSQ Handbook for information about the study period in which these courses are offered.

The below programs will be transitioning from 2024 and a dedicated FAQ page has been created to help answer your questions.
