We're lowering the fees in some of our accommodation options, so the cheapest room type will start from $140 per/week. When you incorporate the Residential Colleges Student Support Scholarship valued up to $2,000, which all enrolled University of Southern Queensland students will receive at a minimum, accommodation fees can start from $85 per/week (self-catered and shared bathroom)!

Students who receive an Early Offer Guarantee will get a free month's worth of accommodation. 

Every student who lives at the University of Southern Queensland Residential Colleges will receive a scholarship with three on offer.

Eligible University of Southern Queensland international students can receive a whole semester of free accommodation.

Are you an undergraduate student? Commencing or continuing resident at UniSQ Residential Colleges? You may be eligible for this accommodation scholarship! 

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic we're offering a $2,000 Residential Colleges Student Support Scholarship. This scholarship will be automatically applied as a rental discount to all residents, who are enrolled UniSQ students, not receiving the other accommodation scholarships. 

Don't want to commit to a full year? We offer semester contracts with flexible options to vacate over University recess periods.

Fees are all-inclusive with unlimited internet, parking and utilities included.

We’ve waived the application fee so it’s free to apply.

There is no bond held, with the initial acceptance deposit a payment in advance for your first 28 nights. 

We have multiple payments options so you’re able to pay fortnightly, each semester or yearly.  

You have the chance to get involved in events and activities, from our inter-college Residential Shield Competition to formal dinners and theme nights. You can check out event photos on our Facebook page. 

Living on campus gives you access to a comprehensive on-site support team with our Senior Resident Advisors (SRAs) and Resident Advisors (RAs).

You’re able to get additional academic support through our Student Transition and Engagement Program (STEP) facilitated by our dedicated Residential Colleges Meet Up Leaders.

Living on-campus gives you increased access to professional development and leadership opportunities. 

From social sports to our Phoenix Quads and Tea Society, our residents are actively involved in UniSQ Student Clubs

There is a range of accommodation options with great facilities including: Recreation Halls, common areas and complimentary laundry facilities and on-site car parking.

With our in-house catering team you can choose from a variety of meal packages, though you can also cook for yourself with self-cater options available. 

There was a multi-million dollar renovation at the start of 2020 so there are newly renovated options available. 

There is an on-site 24/7 security team who conduct regular patrols of the colleges and don’t charge for any room lockouts.

All common spaces and bathrooms are cleaned regularly, and our UniSQ maintenance team are available to fix any issues with students able to contact our team 24/7 if they need anything!

All three of our colleges are conveniently located just a short walk from UniSQ Toowoomba.
