Step 1. Apply for accommodation
Complete your application through our online student portal. If you experience problems during the application process, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. To streamline the application process, please have Passport sized photo of yourself ready as this is used by Residential Colleges staff during your stay.
You will receive a confirmation email once your application is complete.
Step 2. Offer of accommodation
Offers for Semester 1 accommodation are sent from early September of the previous year. The offer email will include important information relating to your fees, the rental period and the due date for acceptance of your offer.
If you receive an offer for a catered room, you will be able to choose either the 7 meals, 14 meals or 19 meals package.
Step 3. Acceptance of offer
Once you receive an offer of accommodation, you will need to complete a Residential Colleges Agreement and pay the Acceptance Deposit by the due date.
Signing the Agreement Form and payment of fees is deemed acceptance of the Conditions of Residency (PDF).
Step 4. Start packing!
Once your agreement is signed and Acceptance Deposit paid, it's time to start packing! You will receive further information in the lead up to check-in.
