Extension of time to pay
If you are unable to make payment of your account by the due date, you can apply for an extension using the form located on your Res Portal.
This form must be received by the Colleges Administration Office before the due date.
Please also note that submission of this form does not automatically grant a payment extension; the Senior Systems and Accounts Officer will advise an outcome, once the Director has reviewed your proposed plan.
If you do not pay by the due date, an overdue notice will be issued with a deadline for payment.
If your fees are overdue by 14 days or more, or have breached the conditions of an extension of time to pay, you will be charged an administration fee ($38.50) and you will be referred to UniSQ’s debt collection agency. Additionally, cancellation or restrictions may be applied to your enrolment if your fees are not paid on time.
How to pay
Our recommendation is to set up a scheduled Bpay payment for at least 2 days before the due dates outlined in the above Schedule of fees.
